Before your appointment

You can book online through Fresha, or message us on WhatsApp if you’d like help choosing the right treatment. If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving without makeup on the eye or brow area, depending on the treatment you’re having, so we can work on clean skin and lashes.

When you arrive at the studio

Our space on C/ Copèrnic 53 is designed to help you switch off from the very first minute: soft music, an intimate atmosphere, and our signature sofas. Before starting, your specialist will go over the chosen treatment with you, answer any questions, and adapt the technique to your natural lashes or brows.

During the treatment

• Treatments are carried out unhurried, in a relaxed setting designed to feel like a moment of wellbeing, not just a procedure.
• For lash and brow treatments, you’ll lie back with your eyes closed for most of the appointment.
• Your specialist will talk you through each step and how long it will take, so you always know what to expect.

When it’s done

Before you leave, we’ll walk you through the specific aftercare for your treatment — for example, the key 24-48 hours after a lash lift — and answer any questions about the result or your next appointment. If anything comes up afterwards, you can always message us on WhatsApp.
